These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Denver Apple Stake Asset Portal. By registering, signing in, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms periodically; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The portal offers structured sixty-day stake asset cycles with minimum and maximum amounts as displayed on the site. Stake Asset limits apply to each cycle. Each cycle includes two thirty-day phases. Illustrative hourly accrual, balance updates, calculator outputs, and dashboard projections are provided for information only and do not guarantee returns. Capital is at risk. You are responsible for providing accurate registration details, safeguarding your login credentials, and notifying us promptly of unauthorized access.
Account activation may require administrator review of your payment method, identity documents, and Apple Gift Card uploads. We may approve, reject, suspend, or close accounts that fail verification, violate platform rules, or present fraud or compliance concerns. Client accounts are separate from administrator accounts; user credentials cannot access the admin panel. Referral codes are optional for new registrants; referrers may earn commission as described on the Referral Program page, subject to eligibility, tracking, and anti-abuse rules.
Withdrawals and bank transfer orders are permitted only after completion of the full sixty-day cycle and satisfaction of referral requirements published on the portal. Transfer orders are reviewed before payout. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit false documents, interfere with system integrity, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denver Apple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the portal, market conditions, service interruptions, or reliance on illustrative figures. Disputes should first be raised through the Contact page. Where permitted, governing law and venue will be as specified in official correspondence from Denver Apple. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Denver Apple regarding use of the stake asset portal. Please contact support if you have questions.
